B.A., LL.B, M.A. and LL.M. from the Makerere University, Uganda and Ph.D. from the University of Bayreuth, Germany. He also holds Diploma in Philosophy from Katigondo Major Seminary, Uganda, Diploma in Education from the Makerere University, Diploma in Administration and Management from the Uganda Management Institute and Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Uganda. He has taught at the Makerere University, the Kenyatta University and the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA), Kenya and the University of Bayreuth, Germany. He is an advocate of Courts of Judicature in Uganda. He is also the coordinator of research and graduate studies in the faculty of law of CUEA. He has participated in numerous international academic conferences and published widely. His latest publications include African Underdevelopment Root Causes and Lasting Solutions and Breaking Barriers and Building Bridges (Nairobi: CM, 2019). His current research interest is in indigenous civilizations which have been sustained by human values, such as Buntu whereby human beings regard one another as human beings first.
