The inaugural Free Society Romania International Seminar took place at the Romanian Academy-Iași Branch. Professor John Farina (George Mason University, USA), and Professor William Saunders (Catholic University of America, USA), moderated the event and gave lectures. The participants came from the Universities of Iași and Bucharest, including teaching staff, doctoral students, graduate students. The Seminar focus was to evaluate the core values of European and American cultures and societies, based on readings and presentations.
